Cruise Vacations - Planner

By Marianne Schwab | Best Travel Deals Tips Blog

My cruise vacations planner has the best travel deals tips for a cheap vacation. As a TV Travel Producer, I have taken some amazing cruises but I have never paid more than $800 for any cruise including port fees and taxes (and that was an eight-day Mediterranean cruise with a balcony stateroom). For less than $100 per day, I have found these travel deals on my own.

I'm so glad that you found my travel web site with my cruise vacations planner so that I can share my personal money saving travel tips with you. My travel advice will help you find the best travel deals on cruises plus help you understand some hidden costs of cruising so you can plan your vacation budget. With all of my incredible cruise deals that I have found, I have never stayed on a cruise ship's inside stateroom, but have cruised in either ocean view cabins or fantastic balcony staterooms for a fraction of the published rates. In fact, most cruise lines have implemented a new policy that prohibits discounted rates from being shown publicly but I can certainly tell you all about the deals I have been able to get and I can tell you how to get them.

Why I Like Cruise Vacations.
I like cruises because all of the hassles of an ordinary vacation are completely eliminated. A cruise is one convenient package where you don't have to worry about moving from hotel to hotel, packing and unpacking, running to make flight connections as you travel from one destination to another, making dinner or nightclub reservations, with so many more conveniences and extravagances including 5-star dining every night. I love that I went on a 10-day Western Caribbean cruise last December and visited five countries without having to pack and unpack my suitcase at each location. Even if you've never taken a cruise before, I will help you learn all the ins and outs and I know that once they get a taste of cruising, you'll book them again and again, just like I do.

Some Fun Facts About Cruise Vacations. Did you know that cruises have a higher percentage of satisfied customers than any other vacation experience? Approximately seven million people enjoyed a cruise vacation last year. It's no wonder that more people are taking more cruises than ever before when a cruise is like a floating resort and the price of your ticket includes all of your meals and in-between snacks on-board; your stateroom, activities, parties and entertainment; plus, an exciting voyage to some of the most enchanting vacation destinations in the world. I think cruises are fun vacations for almost everyone including singles, couples, honeymooners, second honeymooners, families, and groups of friends to sail away on the vacation of your lives. Now, even if you’re an experienced cruiser and you already know the routine,

I can connect you with money saving vacation tips and discounted cruise deals like you haven't seen anywhere else.

Avoid Jet Lag

You're packed and ready to go on vacation, so now comes the most important issue at hand: avoiding jet lag when you arrive at your destination. A survey by Conde Naste said that 93% of travelers get jet lag but you don't have to be one of them if you use my tips.

Book Your Trip

Booking travel online should be quick and easy…not to mention affordable and that's why I like Expedia. Did you know that you can save up to $525 when you book your flight and hotel together at Expedia.com? For the best deals, book 60 days or more before you travel because usually the further out you plan, the better the package rate.

I have put together a list of the top five travel mistakes people make that translate into paying too much for a vacation no matter where you book your trip (through a travel agent, airline or online).
