Sleep deprivation and red wine works for me! If taking a long haul flight I miss a nights sleep the day before, and stay up drinking red wine until late on arrival at the destination.
One decent nights sleep and I have yet to suffer the effects of jetlag. Or maybe it is just a good excuse to drink wine, either way it is a win-win situation.
